Role Overview
To help us deliver on our promise to our customers and reach our goals, we are growing our in-house talent sourcing team. We are seeking passionate and strategic sourcers who are driven to find and attract the best talent in the world. In this role, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify best-in-class talent from global markets. This includes identifying and approaching candidates, leveraging AI-powered sourcing technologies and talent intelligence tools, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and building talent pools of high-potential candidates.
What You Will Do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse functions and markets.
- Approach prospects and effectively position Coupang's value proposition. Convert prospects into qualified candidates for active and future opportunities.
- Leverage AI tools, talent intelligence platforms, ATS, and CRM systems to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber talent from competitive talent markets.
- Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence activities to provide insights on talent availability, competitor landscapes, and hiring opportunities.
- Assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements, culture, and long-term potential within the organization.
- Develop strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior business stakeholders, serving as a trusted sourcing partner and talent advisor.
- Partner with assigned recruiters to provide a consultative approach to sourcing, talent pipeline development, and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines through proactive market research, networking, and data-driven sourcing methodologies.
- Drive sourcing excellence by continuously improving sourcing processes, sharing best practices, and adopting emerging recruiting technologies and innovative sourcing methodologies.
- Mentor and train junior sourcers within the team, fostering knowledge sharing and elevating sourcing capabilities across the organization.
- Act as a subject matter expert on sourcing best practices, market intelligence, and talent attraction strategies to support broader Talent Acquisition objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Strong English communication skills.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of Talent Sourcing, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage top talent through various channels.
- Experience utilizing ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent candidate engagement skills, including cold calling and email outreach.
- Advanced sourcing capabilities, including Boolean Search and talent mapping.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools and talent intelligence platforms to identify and attract top talent.
- Strong research skills with the ability to assess talent markets and competitor landscapes.
- Experience mentoring junior sourcers or sharing sourcing best practices within a team.
