What You Will Do
- Program Planning Design: Structure and develop programs, including content creation, to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Program Operations: Manage execution and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective program delivery.
- Data Analysis: Analyze seller profiles, onboarding status, and key performance metrics to inform program design and drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage a combination of strategic planning, operational excellence, and data-driven insights to build scalable, high-impact programs, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and accelerate business outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall professional experience, including 5+ years of project or program management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and programs.
- Strong ability to deeply analyze problems, develop solutions, and drive execution aligned with organizational objectives.
- Experience leading and influencing multiple teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from goal setting and execution to monitoring and completion.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis, generate actionable insights, and effectively communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive program visibility and align decision-making across teams.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain or fulfillment-related functions within an e-commerce environment.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Six Sigma, or Lean.
- Experience leading, coaching, and motivating teams.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Business-level English communication skills.
