Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive operational excellence across our Technology Infrastructure organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping orchestrate planning, execution, communications, culture, business operations, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused, with experience supporting complex organizations and senior leadership teams. This person will help create operational rigor, improve organizational health, drive planning processes, and ensure effective coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders. This is a highly visible role requiring strong program management, stakeholder management, communication, and business operations capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. People
Drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning across the Infrastructure organization.
· Partner with leadership on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and headcount management.
· Support organizational design, team structures, and leadership alignment discussions.
· Coordinate promotion cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning activities.
· Track and report organizational health metrics, including hiring progress, attrition, and employee engagement.
· Partner with HR and recruiting teams to ensure timely execution of people-related initiatives.
· Gather and synthesize employee feedback, identifying trends and recommendations for leadership action.
· Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational challenges and opportunities.
2. Process Business Operations
Establish operational rigor and drive execution across organizational priorities.
· Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including OKRs, goals, and business reviews.
· Develop and maintain operational cadences, governance processes, and leadership rhythms.
· Track organizational commitments, dependencies, risks, and action items.
· Drive cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
· Manage organization-wide events and programs, including Tech Summits, leadership offsites, workshops, and planning sessions.
· Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and operational reviews to support decision-making.
· Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
3. Financial Vendor Management
Own business operations related to budgeting, investments, and external partnerships.
· Lead annual budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing spend management.
· Manage and track both Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and Operating Expenditures (OpEx).
· Monitor budget utilization and provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
· Partner with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure compliance and financial governance.
· Oversee outsourcing engagements, vendor relationships, contract renewals, and statement-of-work management.
· Track vendor performance and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and business outcomes.
· Support investment planning and budget proposals for infrastructure and organizational initiatives.
4. Culture Engagement
Drive programs that strengthen culture, communication, and employee engagement.
· Own organizational communications, including newsletters, leadership updates, and employee announcements.
· Lead planning and execution of All Hands meetings, town halls, and leadership communications.
· Drive employee recognition programs, including Engineering Excellence Awards and other engagement initiatives.
· Coordinate innovation programs such as patent programs, technical showcases, and recognition events.
· Manage community-building activities, team events, and culture initiatives.
· Support Technical Talks, knowledge-sharing forums, and learning programs.
