The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
As an Implementation Manager in Korea, you will be at the front lines of driving growth for Moloco Ads in the region - helping identify and engage high-potential advertisers, supporting the early stages of new business development, and assisting Implementation Managers in getting new clients live on the platform. This is a role for someone early in their career who brings strong curiosity, sharp analytical instincts, and real ownership. Industry experience is not required - we're looking for the mindset and the drive to grow fast in a high-impact environment.
The Opportunity:
Pipeline Market Development
· Research and identify high-potential advertisers and verticals in the Korean digital ecosystem - including mobile app, gaming and consumer.
· Maintain a structured view of the prospect landscape and share market insights with New Business Sales and Marketing to strengthen top-of-funnel pipeline.
· Support New Business Managers in outreach, account prioritization, and meeting preparation - helping translate market signals into actionable sales opportunities.
· Track and document prospect activity, pipeline status, and follow-up actions to keep internal teams aligned and moving.
Implementation Onboarding Support
· Assist Implementation Managers with new advertiser onboardings — including coordinating kick-off logistics, tracking setup milestones, and following up on open items.
· Help maintain implementation documentation, account trackers, and onboarding templates that keep workflows organized and repeatable.
· Monitor early campaign performance and flag anomalies or setup issues to the IM team for timely resolution.
· Coordinate between advertisers, agency partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the onboarding process.
Data Reporting
· Pull and organize campaign performance data to support business reviews, internal reporting, and client-facing updates.
· Identify trends and surface early insights that help the team make faster, better-informed decisions.
· Support the development of dashboards and reporting cadences that give the team real-time visibility into pipeline and implementation health.
Learning Growth
· Develop a strong working knowledge of Moloco's platform, products, and the broader mobile advertising ecosystem.
· Bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset - ask good questions, seek feedback, and look for ways to improve how the team operates.
· Contribute to internal documentation and playbooks, helping the team build scalable processes as the Korea business grows.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
Experience Background
· 2+ years of experience in a business, analytical, or client-facing role - consulting, sales, operations, or a related field.
· Exposure to digital advertising, mobile apps, or ad tech is a plus.
· Comfortable working with data and tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or basic BI and AI platforms to organize information and draw insights.
